We are very pleased to advise that Melton Shire Council will contribute the sum of $5,000 (pending proof of establishment and appropriate governance) to support the formation of an incorporated event management association for Diggers Rest as proposed.
Community members are invited to join the steering committee which will develop the business model, rules and statement of purpose for the new association. All community members are welcome to participate. Your input is vital to the success of future events for Diggers Rest.
