With the first four releases at Bloomdale almost sold out, Investa Land has just launched the Teatree Release.
Offering a high proportion of medium and large lots, all Teatree properties are within walking distance of existing parklands, tennis and netball courts, football ovals, Diggers Rest Primary School and the Future Town Centre.
The release features 47 allotments that range in size from 336sq m to 780sq m and are priced from $161,500. House and land packages start from $322,200*. Construction is scheduled for April, with titles expected in September 2014.
According to Investa Land General Manager – Vic, Paul O’Brien, in addition to the existing amenity within Diggers Rest, Bloomdale will provide residents with major infrastructure upgrades, such as roads, community facilities, open spaces and a Future Town Centre.
“Bloomdale is well on track with its construction program, with roads, footpaths and street lights completed for the first two releases,” Mr O’Brien said.

“It’s a very exciting time, with the Teatree Release coming online, and buyers are really starting to see Bloomdale take shape.”
