Back to the chamber

Council meetings provide a great insight into the happenings of our growing municipality.

Each meeting residents have an opportunity to ask two (2) questions through Public Question Time which has proven to be a valuable and reliable resource.

The next meeting is scheduled to take place in the Council Chambers, Melton Civic Centre on Monday July 18, 2022 at 7:00pm.

As part of the new COVID normal, this meeting will be the first meeting since May 2020 that will be open to the public and not restricted to live-stream only.

Despite the current rulings around public questions, Melton Council has confirmed that for the meeting on Monday July 18, public questions will be read even though the submitter is not present in the gallery.

As always we encourage residents to engage with Council through Public Question Time and recommend using the “pseudonym” option to mask personal identity, helping to keep individual privacy protected.
