Melton City Council is supporting residents who are struggling to feed families during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Community connector hubs have been established to assist with providing food relief to those in need.
The hubs also provide information about other emergency support services and how to connect with them.
Each hub is available by appointment and only to City of Melton residents.
