The City of Melton’s Local Law Review 2025 is a timely and important opportunity for our growing community to shape the rules that help keep our neighbourhoods safe, healthy and harmonious.
Local laws might not always make headlines, but they touch our lives every day. Whether it’s how we use public spaces, keep animals, manage noise, or maintain our properties. These laws help ensure our streets stay clean, our pets are cared for and our environment remains protected for the enjoyment of everyone.
As our city continues to grow and change, it’s vital that our local laws keep up. That’s why the Local Law Review is so important. All residents currently have an opportunity to help fine-tune the rules to better reflect community needs and future aspirations.
By getting involved, residents can help shape a more inclusive and responsive framework that supports a safe and cohesive way of life. It’s about strengthening what works, updating what’s outdated and filling any gaps so our communities remain vibrant and liveable for all.
Working together, we can support this important initiative and help set the standard for a healthier, more connected future.
