Primary School $3.2m upgrade

Today the Minister for Education and Member for Sunbury Josh Bull announced that the Diggers Rest Primary School will receive $3.2 million to upgrade and modernise the school.

Construction of the school was completed in October 1990 and the official opening was celebrated in December 1991.

The investment is great news for our community and will work to provide new learning spaces and much needed upgrades to the administration block.

According to Josh Bull, “Families in Diggers Rest have done a phenomenal job in supporting students to learn from home. As kids return to their classrooms, we want to make Diggers Rest Primary School better than before”.
